24/7 Prayer Ministry Centre

Building and supporting an international house of prayer in Mbale city.

Uganda is widely recognized as a nation of intercessors. It’s not uncommon for Ugandans to stay up all night in prayer, bringing the needs of their families and communities before God. Because of the lack of resources, many local churches are not safe at night for people to attend and also lack basic essential amenities to make the experience comfortable.

Through a 24/7 prayer ministry centre, day and overnight prayer and fellowship will be made more enjoyable and easier for groups by providing a safe, free facility that is open all hours.

Ronald’s Story

Ronald has been with the 24/7 Prayer House team since 2019. We first met him when he had gone through some difficult challenges and as a result, he felt very broken and lost. His business had just collapsed and his Dad had died shortly after. His relatives didn’t help, but instead they fought over his father’s property, leaving him with nothing. He was very bitter and angry because of this, and as a result, the stress often led him to become unwell.

However, one day the LORD prompted him to find a place to pray. He happened to find himself at the 24/7 Prayer House and his life has never remained the same. After hearing teachings about the importance of forgiveness and receiving healing for his heart and after the team prayed for him, Ronald received his freedom. Not only has his heart been healed, but his health has hugely improved and he continues to serve God with lots of joy and peace. He has now become one of the staff of the prayer house, helping other’s to also meet with God and find their freedom.
